Preparation Guidelines

Valid Identification
Every signer must present a current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID Card to ensure legal compliance.

Unsigned Documents
Documents should be completely filled out but must remain unsigned. The signing must occur in the presence of the notary to be legally valid. All signers must be present.

Witness Requirements
Please review your document's requirements. If witnesses are necessary, they must be present at the time of the appointment with their own valid ID.

Translators
Im unable to use translators to do a notarzation

No Valid ID
For clients without valid ID, ID can be established by the oath of one credible withness known by me and the client or the oath of two credible witnesses who know the client and can provide valid forms of identification
